Songs for Japan é lançado no Brasil. A coletânea, lançada especialmente para angariar fundos para as vítimas dos terremotos e tsunamis que atingiram o Japão em março, já está disponível para compra em lojas brasileiras.


O CD duplo, distribuído por aqui pela Sony Music, custa R$ 10. A compilação reúne 38 gravações de um time bem eclético (veja lista abaixo), incluindo John Lennon, Madonna, Bob Dylan, Lady Gaga e U2. Somente “When Love Takes Over”, música de David Guetta com participação de Kelly Rowland, não entrou na edição brasileira da coletânea beneficente. Veja a tracklist do álbum:
